How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data from our app, please send an email to our data protection team with your phone number including country code.

What You Need to Provide

  • Your phone number with country code (e.g., +1234567890)
  • Email subject should be: “Data Deletion Request”

Data Deletion Timeline

Within 2 weeks of receiving your request, all your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon your request, we will delete all your data associated with your account, including but not limited to:

  • •Personal information and profile data
  • •Usage data and preferences
  • •Any content you have created
  • •Account history and activity logs

Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your data deletion request has been processed and completed.
